Level Hospitality understands the difficulties that can arise while producing custom furniture for large scale projects. To prevent miscommunications and clearly delineate all responsibilities associated with such projects, Level continually focuses on delivering exceptional customer service. We assign a dedicated manager to each customer individually, who is responsible for all planning and execution of development and production from our various sources, and all ongoing communication directly with the customer.

To track order fulfillment for each project, we provide weekly order status updates, and end to end order accountability. Again, the task of each Project Manager at Level Hospitality is to become an extension of your staff!

Drawing Development

To assist in developing your custom designs and ideas, Level Hospitality offers a variety of cad drawing and rendering possibilities for your projects. Level has a licensed architect on staff and a dedicated cad team to help you value engineer your designs and ideas, in a practical and cost effective way that is appropriate for the rigors of hospitality and contract use. At Level, we specialise in the realization of design intent. Let us help you to realize your highest creative potentials for every project!

Finish Development

To assist in developing your custom finishes, Level Hospitality works directly with the Sherwin Williams lab in Binh Duong Province; as well as directly with all of our factories and suppliers independently. This includes custom quartz colors; PU, modified PU, and UV finishing for wood; and cast, plated, powder coated, and painted finishing for metal.

Sourcing

Level Hospitality offers an enormous range of opportunities for sourcing your contract and hospitality projects, including: casegoods; upholstery; outdoor; quartz and stone; glass and mirror; all types of metal [casted, plated, powdercoated or painted]; concrete and terrazzo; resin; various faux finishes [natural, synthetic, and digital]; lighting; and artwork.

As such, Level Hospitality is very experienced at supplying items that require mixed materials; and we are very adept at coordinating the production with all of the sources and subcontractors involved. This palette of abilities allows Level Hospitality to offer a wide range of material possibilities that are often specified and suitable for the hospitality industry.

Product Development

From idea, to concept, to implementation; our project development and management teams are available to collaborate and help to value engineer your design intent. At Level, we understand that getting the samples correct and crafting them with impeccable quality, on time, is critical to the success of any project. Typical sampling time is 30-45 days from receipt of all approvals and your deposit, depending on the complexity of the item and what is required. All samples are invoiced at 2x the production cost.

Logistics

In terms of logistics, Level Hospitality offers customized solutions to coordinate and stage each project’s delivery door to door. We offer “on site” installation assistance; deluxing of product; and touch up and repair services upon request. Regardless of the project’s size, Level Hospitality is your dedicated partner for everything contract and hospitality.
